What this covers
This policy explains what Fleetsit collects when you use our website and our product, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, work email, yard name, role and anything you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not sell it.
When you use the calculator. Nothing. The figures you enter are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us. If you carry a result through to the demo form, that number travels in the link and only reaches us if you submit the form.
When you use the product.The machines in your fleet, their rates and where each one stands right now — out on rent, idle in the yard, due back, or in for service — along with the logins and roles for your own team. That is your operating data, and it is all Fleetsit needs to keep your yard visible.
What we don’t touch
Fleetsitruns on your fleet and your rates. We do not ask for, hold, or process your customers’ personal information to do our job, and we never message your customers on your behalf. Nothing about who rents what leaves your yard.
Who owns your data
You do. Your board, your fleet list and your record of what went out when belong to your yard. We do not sell them, and we do not pool them with other yards.
Retention and deletion
We hold your data for as long as your account is active. When you leave you can export it, and we delete on a defined schedule after that.
Sub-processors
We use third parties for hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring. Each is bound by contract to handle data only as instructed. We will provide the current list on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and date it, rather than editing quietly.
